The Past is a Foreign Country
In 2012, Charlotte arrives at the flat of a recently deceased friend. She was one of seven students who once lived there. Memories are triggered of 1965 when they all met for the first time. Full of idealism and potential they embark on a journey of discovery, love and betrayal.

Eve of Destruction
In 2012, Charlotte is joined by two former flatmates to clear the flat. Back in the late 60s, Lilly faces a terrible personal crisis. And at a violent anti-Vietnam war demonstration Jack and Victor face a challenge that will define their perceptions of each other forever.

The Dark Side of the Moon
In 2012, a fourth former flatmate arrives. In 1973, London is targeted by an IRA bombing campaign. Alan finally makes his long-awaited play for Lilly, while Charlotte's volatile relationship with Jack implodes and she realises she must move on. Orla faces a family crisis that will haunt her for life.

The Personal is Political
In 1979, the seven flatmates come together to celebrate Alan and Lilly's wedding. Jay confronts his biggest fear and decides to tell his parents he is gay. Jack decides to join mainstream politics but his aspirations are threatened when Victor is arrested by the police after a stop and search.

The Eye of the Needle
In 2012, five of the former flatmates await the arrival of the sixth. In 1982, the group are summoned by Jay and Orla to help detox Jack, who is in the grip of a life threatening heroin addiction. However Charlotte finds that Jack's hold over her is equally threatening.

The Sea of Trees
It's 1990 and the flat is for sale; Orla organises one last reunion for the flatmates. A brutal revelation has cataclysmic consequences. Back in the present, the last surviving flatmate arrives and the identity of the deceased flatmate is finally revealed.

Ridley
Ridley follows charismatic Detective Inspector Alex Ridley, who is retiring from the police after years of dedicated service.
