It's opening day of bluefin season in the Outer Banks, and a new Southern fleet is ready to take on the Northern captains and bring home a lucrative first fish. Captain Zack Shackleton of the Rasta Rocket wants to prove that his 28-foot 2000 Contender can compete with boats twice its size; Pinwheel Captain Tyler McLaughlin is determined to win his first season down south with his sister by his side.

Bugging Out
When a dangerous decision leaves Reel E' Bugging stranded, Captain Bobby Earl's crew struggles to prove its place in the competition and catch its first bluefin. Meanwhile, Hot Tuna fights to extend its lead in first place and keep a Northern boat on top. Determined to get ahead, Kahuna, Rasta Rocket and Offshore Outlaw fish hard in order to launch the local boats up the leaderboard.

Little Boat, Big Tuna
It's David versus Goliath in the Outer Banks, as little boat Rasta Rocket vies to knock Hot Tuna out of the top spot. Meanwhile, the Northern captains fight to maintain their lead over their Southern competitors, and tempers flare on the Reel E' Bugging as Captain Bobby and his crew struggle to climb out of last place.

Hard Knocks
In this "Outer Banks or Bust" edition, while the Southern fleet gets into a groove, the Northern boats are forced to pick up the pace, but the Outer Banks always keeps things interesting – and it doesn't choose sides. Each boat must navigate through these unique waters with skill and expertise, if they plan on reeling in a North Carolina Bluefin. Without the know-how, there's no chance.

Blood Feud
While a full-blown sibling rivalry for the top spot brews between the brother/sister duo on Northern boat Pinwheel and the brothers on Southern boat Kahuna, the Falcon takes on a Southern crewman to up their game in the Outer Banks, and the rest of the fleet takes advantage of all the distraction.

Reel Outlaws
The Atlantic bluefin fishing season has barely started but the miniscule 49-metric-ton quota is already nearly gone. With no hint of an extension and the season hanging in the balance, the captains push themselves and their crews beyond their limits in a race for the top spot and to catch what might be their final paychecks.

Southern Aggression
The bluefin quota is extended, and the captains look to capitalize on the opportunity. Captain Bobby Earl of Reel e Bugging had a rocky start, but he's convinced that a few more weeks on the water will help him prove to the Southern fleet that he truly belongs in the OBX. Meanwhile, Captain TJ Ott hits a good luck streak that might be enough to catapult the Hot Tuna to the top of the leaderboard.

Thunder Tuna
When Mother Nature sends rough weather to the Outer Banks, Pinwheel Captain Tyler McLaughlin pushes the envelope with his sister and first mate, Marissa, to catch bluefin and move up the leaderboard. Meanwhile, the Hot Tuna takes a risk in order to maintain its top position. Determined not to give up, Reel e Bugging fishes hard in the storm while navigating the most dangerous elements of the Outer Banks.

The Fast and Furious
A game-changing fish pits Capt. Zack Shackleford and his young crew on the Rasta Rocket against the competition's veteran boats. Can new blood keep up with the old guard? Meanwhile, Northern boat Falcon embraces a new technique to try to stay in the game, and the Reel E' Bugging kicks it into overdrive.

No Backing Down
As wacky weather plagues the Outer Banks, the Southern fleet fights to keep the lead. But the Northern boats aren't going down easy, no matter what challenges they face. When one fish is all it takes to shake things up, the only way to get on top is by taking risks and never backing down, and one captain is determined to be the last man standing, but will it bring in the big reward?

Miracle Fish
The competition is tighter than it's been all season, and one fish could make all the difference. Captains hope for a little bit of luck as they seek to take the top spot. But Reel E' Bugging is feeling very comfortable in its place at the top of the leaderboard. And one boat gets a little help from an unexpected place.

The Home Run
With the quota extended yet again, the season is beginning to stretch on for some of these exhausted fishermen. While everyone is excited for the opportunity to catch and earn more, many are also missing their families living back home. The local boys on Kahuna have the homefield advantage, and they're determined to make it work in their favor.

Storm Troopers
The Atlantic bluefin fishing season is rapidly coming to a close with one quota extension already running out. Captains weigh risks versus rewards and some put themselves, their crews and their boats in jeopardy by staying out in dangerous winds in their dogged determination to win the battle for the lead.

Breaking Point
Mistakes and mechanical issues start to wear down the Northern and Southern fleets. The Kahuna tries to catch up after boat repairs keep Captain Reed Meredith and his crew off the water. Reel E' Bugging Captain Bobby Earl navigates one setback after another to extend a lead. The Pinwheel hopes to catch quickly to push ahead of the leading Southern boats before the quota closes.

All Out War
When one last extension is added to the quota, the competition gets tighter than ever. It's a game of leapfrog on the leaderboard as every boat races to secure its last few paychecks before the season closes. With big bluefin being caught, everyone knows the limit will be reached in the blink of an eye. But the real question is: Whose catch will be enough to take the top spot?

In 2017 and 2018, tourists and locals alike are stunned by three shark attacks off the shores of Cape Cod in a span of just 13 months. Many locals are terrified to allow their children into the water and fear what might happen to their economy if tourists decide to stay away. Experts are called in to investigate before it's too late.
