William wishes he were a real knight, and suddenly finds himself rescuing a princess from a dragon.

William doesn't want to eat his spinach, so he wishes that the whole world was made of sweets.

William wishes he was at the seaside, and finds himself helping a sea captain rescue a whale stuck on a beach.

William reads about aliens and wishes he could visit outer space, and before long is flying off in a rocket.
