Carnie undergoes her second weight-loss procedure and must recover quickly, because the group is only a month away from the start of their comeback tour.

Wilson Family Matters
Carnie recovers from surgery while facing a hectic week, and Chynna tries to help her by moving into Carnie's home and setting up a "healing regimen." Meanwhile, Wendy must plan a birthday party for her mother without Carnie's assistance.

BS or PBS?
The trio get an opportunity to do a live concert on PBS, but they must find a new drummer quickly. The obstacles mount when Carnie has to tend to her ill family, and then the illness spreads to Carnie as well.

A Rocking Charity
Chynna hosts a fund-raiser for an orphanage, and Wendy offers to cater the event, but then Wendy worries she may have gotten in over her head.

Tour Busted
The gals head to the East Coast to kick off their tour, and they learn that they're behind schedule before the tour has even started.

Band Camping
The women go on a camping trip with their kids so that they can spend some quality time with them and take a break from busy comeback efforts.

Pretty in Ink
In the first-season finale, the women spend some time apart to work on personal goals, and then they decide to get Wilson Phillips tattoos to display their solidarity.
