Episode 1
In the first episode, they receive a crash course in what to do when encountering a bear before being sent into the woods to gather material and build shelters. They must then fell trees, make a fire and brave the freezing waters of Lost Lake.

Episode 2
The second episode sees the competition heat up, as the British couples face up to the next of Duane and Rena's daunting tests. Separated from their partners, with the men in one group and the women in the other, the couples must prove their worth by safely navigating through an area of untamed Alaskan wilderness. The couple that impresses most on this intimidating test will earn a flight to see Duane and Rena's home on Ose Mountain, and the opportunity to try to make it onto their shortlist.
Under the Ose's watchful gaze, the couple have the next 24 hours to impress their hosts and demonstrate that they potential to take over Ose Mountain. If they are successful, Duane and Rena will put them on the shortlist to take over their home and ask them to return to the wilderness camp. If they fail to impress, the Oses will send them back to the UK.

Episode 3
With a flight to Ose Mountain on offer, the British couples compete to prove their worth by clearing a dog mushing trail through the Alaskan bush.

Episode 4
After trekking through a glacier system to spend a night in the wilderness, two couples face the axe from Duane and Rena.

Episode 5
In the penultimate episode the four couples who have made it onto Duane and Rena's shortlist wake up to a shock visit from the Oses.

Episode 6
In the final episode of Win The Wilderness, the two remaining couples fly to Ose Mountain one last time.

The first UFC event was held on November 12, 1993 at the McNichols Sports Arena in Denver, Colorado. The purpose of the early UFC competitions was to identify the most effective martial art in a real fight between competitors of different fighting disciplines, including boxing, Brazilian jiu-jitsu, Sambo, wrestling, Muay Thai, karate, judo, and other styles. In subsequent competitions, fighters began adopting effective techniques from more than one discipline, which indirectly helped create an entirely separate style of fighting known as present-day mixed martial arts.

RuPaul's Drag Race is a Primetime Emmy Award winning American reality competition television series, hosted by five time Emmy Award Winning Host and international Drag superstar RuPaul. The show features drag queen contestants competing in weekly challenges such as photo shoots, comedy performances and stomping the runway in the hopes of avoiding the bottom two - where they will have to lip sync for their lives.
