Centered around the century-old earthen fortress of Liuli Village, the story spans several generations and time periods, portraying the lives of its residents as they struggle to survive in turbulent times. Through moments of love, loss, loyalty, and conflict, the series captures how ordinary people navigate history's great changes—revealing a vivid portrait of resilience, humanity, and the passage of time within one enduring village.
