Yarra Yering's senior winemaker Paul Bridgeman meets up with Colin West to revisit his childhood's surfing grounds. Colin learns all about Yarra Yering and exactly how he makes their top wines through small batch fermentations.

Colin connects with a young, fun winemaker: Simon Steele from Brokenwood Wines. They get right into the soil and the vineyards behind Simon's amazing wines and case the region's vineyards from hot air balloons, helicopters and FIGHTER JETS!

The first winery to ever be established in Canberra was called Mount Majura Vineyard. "Establishing a vineyard" isn't an easy task to do so Colin desperately wanted to learn a bit more about how one would go about doing that.

Come watch Australia's celebrity chef Matt Moran join Colin on his adventures around Australia's wine regions. After checking out the local vineyards, they go off for a bit of island adventure, yet this time it was not just the usual extreme sport.

Colin ventures to the island state of Tasmania. Just south of Victoria, good ol' "Tassy" is full of wildlife, adventure opportunities and great wine! Colin decides to end his island-experience with the scariest excursion he has ever done in his life.

Colin checks out his favorite wine-producing region while getting up to a wine adventure he had been thinking of for 2 years. Breaking a world record, Colin drinks "a great white wine" with another notorious great white from Australia.

Venture to the heart of the Nullabor desert. A dry and arid land, Colin makes his way across the desert to Western Australia where he drinks pink wine at a pink lake, and then looks into the surfing culture of Margaret River.
