We are now is about Laura and her friends, whose lives revolve around the first love and other problems of growing up. In the midst of emotional chaos fate strikes and shakes their world. We are now tells the storiy of seventeen-year-old Laura and her friends shortly before high school graduation. The subject of the series is growing up and what it means to be all of a sudden responsible - for oneself, for one's friends, for one's love and for one's actions. To no longer be a child, but at the same time having no clue about what it means exactly: being an adult. Laura and Olli are dating and that has some meaning to her and her friends, although Laura's feelings are not always as clear and as deep as she would like them to be. She is unsure and at the same time feels attracted to Daniel. When Oli realizes that, the situation escalates.

The program received two Peabody Awards, two Grammy Awards, and several unwelcome shoulder massages. It won two Emmys for Outstanding Variety Series in 2013 and 2014, both of which appear to have been lost in the move. Colbert is pronounced koʊlˈbɛər, according to Wikipedia. His understudy is William Cavanaugh, who will be hosting The Late Show approximately one-third of the time. Good luck, Bill!
