Jones reminds them both that she needs to make a ruling about whether Wolfbloods are safe. Jana draws on her own experience to argue that Wolfbloods can adapt, just as she did. Smith gives examples of Wolfbloods integrating with less success and uses Ceri's testimony to argue that everything they've heard about wild Wolfbloods leads them to believe that savagery will prevail if Wolfbloods are allowed into society.
