In the late 20th century, lives a skillful and courageous doctor named Lin Hao. Along with his passionate and easygoing boss Wu Renyao, understanding and kind nurse Wu Ruolan, they operate a medical hall at the border of Hui Zhou Town. He also forms a friendship with Zeng Fan, who just returned from studying medicine overseas; as well as He Xinxin, a straightforward girl who works at the martial arts art house. As the group of people work together to cure patients, a mysterious case surfaced which links to the death of Lin Hao's parents. Lin Hao decides to investigate the truth, and the perpetrator turns out to be none other than the father of someone he trusts...
