Every Sunday at sea, the Explorer puts on a spectacular no-expenses-spared Sea Day Brunch, though after a rocky start it remains to be seen whether it will meet the expectations of the demanding guests. Meanwhile, there's is a first in the 20-year career of cruise director John, as he receives a special invitation from the guests of the £8,000-a-night Regent Suite.
