Episodes

Episode 1
The majestic Seven Seas Splendor is docked in Southampton, ahead of a stunning cruise around the Mediterranean. Welcoming guests on-board this 6-star, floating palace is a new entertainment team – Midlands-born social hostess Annabel and her real-life partner, Australian Assistant Cruise Director Alex.
Annabel and Alex met seven years ago when they were both dancers on a cruise ship. They have been working together ever since, and although they retired from dancing some years ago, their boss, Cruise Director Lorraine is eager to see them back on stage. The couple have a couple of rocky rehearsals because leaping and pirouetting around a stage on the high seas is no easy task. So when the ship's highest-paying guests are invited to watch their audacious performance, will their ballet dazzle or will rocky waters threaten to scupper their pas –de-deux?
Newly-promoted Head Sommelier Donovan, is also under pressure to give the guests everything they could want - and more - by laying on a variety of tasting events, offering up unusual high-end wines. Donovan realises just how many plates he has to keep spinning in his new role, as he aims to deliver flawless service to the ship's 732 thirsty guests.
Some of the passengers joining the ship are on an extra special 65-night Grand Voyage. Since they've shelled out tens of thousands for their holiday of a lifetime, the crew really need to impress with truly unique excursions, including wowing them with a magical evening in a fairy-tale French Chateau.
Along the way we drop into the boutique that carries three million pounds of precious jewels and meet the team in charge of continuously polishing the ship's three miles of brass on board.

Episode 2
In this sun soaked and fun filled episode, the Seven Seas Splendor continues its luxurious cruise around the Mediterrannean. But will the cruise be over before it even begins? Captain Luciano has an anxious wait as Port Officials in Lisbon hold up almost two hundred passengers in the terminal. Missing his departure slot could have a serious impact on the rest of the cruise.
For many on board, it's the start of a once in a lifetime voyage. But for Cruise Director Lorraine, the journey is bittersweet as it signals the countdown to her leaving the ship for a well-earned holiday. Having always put her staff and the guests first, leaving behind close friends isn't easy. But to ensure she goes out with a bang, Lorraine is planning one last lavish party for the ship's returning passengers. Free-flowing champagne, performances from the entertainment team and bottomless caviar and canapes is a sure-fire way to ensure the passengers have the best party ever. But is there a surprise in store? General Manager Massimo is hatching a plan to say goodbye to Lorraine on stage.
With all the gastronomy available on board, it's hard to imagine the ship ever running out of the world's finest produce. But after a steep uptake in olive oil whilst the ship sails through Europe, Executive Head Chef Ronald is faced with a dilemma. Luckily for him, Veteran Maitre'D Jorge runs an olive oil business in the Portuguese countryside. Unluckily – the olive groves are two hundred miles away from the ship. Can they get the precious cargo back on board before the ship leaves for Spain?

Episode 3
The Seven Seas Splendor is sailing around the Mediterranean, but the crew are on tenterhooks as one of the industry's most influential travel writers is on board. A good review from Adam Coulter will bring in hundreds of new guests, but if he finds the service lacking, his write-up could spell trouble for next season's bookings.

Episode 4
The Seven Seas Splendor docks in Gibraltar for the first time and social hostess Annabel gives a guided tour to local dignitaries to ensure they will welcome the ship back to port for future cruises. The ship then sails around the Canary Islands while celebrating the company's 30th anniversary, with Annabel and assistant cruise director Alex organising a glitzy black-and-gold-themed party for the end of the cruise.
