The Turner family recall how they nearly lost everything on a trip to Vegas when the landing gear failed on their flight from Gatwick, engine failure causes the cabin of a flight out of Los Angeles to fill with smoke, and a birthday treat in a private plane ends with an emergency landing in a snow-covered field.

A British couple describe how their Las Vegas flight turned into an airside inferno. A deaf traveller relates their terrifying experience when a New York plane crashed, and there's the story of a close shave with death on a Reno runway.

Episode 4
Passengers contend with an emergency sea landing, a highway descent, and an American Airlines flight that ended in a runway inferno. Plus, the delayed Porto bound flight that turned into a bizarre lockdown.

Episode 5
The accounts of panic on a burning plane in Peru, a solo ultralight flight that goes horribly wrong and what happens when a plane attempts to land in an extreme storm. There is also the story of the greatest escape in aviation history - the miracle on the Hudson.

A pilot makes an emergency landing in the Pacific after an engine failure. A novice pilot has to land a plane after the pilot collapses. Passengers experience extreme turbulence on a Seoul flight that has to make an emergency landing in Tokyo. And finally, a unique proposal and a passenger removed from a flight just for going to the toilet.
