The intensity ramps up in season two, premiering Sunday, June 22 at 10 PM ET/PT, as 16 contenders – both new and returning – battle for a chance at their dream. Guided by an all-star lineup of WWE Legends, including coaches Undertaker, Booker T, Michelle McCool, Bubba Ray Dudley, and WWE SVP of Talent Development Creative Shawn Michaels, the competitors enter the next phase of training for a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. As the coaches share their expert insights, hopefuls hone their skills, face off in high-stakes challenges, and navigate shifting team dynamics and even tougher rivals. Each hour-long episode delivers more action, drama, and the relentless pursuit of becoming WWE's next breakout Superstar.

The competition is fierce, with 16 men and women vying for the same prize--a WWE NXT contract. Future Greats P-Nasty and Dani Sekelsky go head-to-head, while Chris Island aims to make things not so welcoming for Harlem Lewis.

Draft Drama
It's high drama during the LFG Draft! Sparks fly and tensions are at an all-time high, as unresolved issues between Drake Morreaux and Bubba Ray Dudley come to light. Newcomers Summer Sorrell, Haze Jamison, and former Miami Dolphin Trill London have debut matches against LFG veterans looking to "show up and show out" to earn the first points of the season.

The Future Greats are switching it up, evolving their characters, and trying something new. Who will crumble under the added pressure?
Good vs. Evil
WWE Superstar Charlotte Flair stops by LFG, where the Future Greats impress The Queen in the ring and on the mic! Two alphas face off as Shiloh and Harlem go to war, while Sirena and Haze shine in the main event spotlight, and a hard-hitting showdown.
Size Matters
Bayley and Summer headline this larger than life edition of LFG, as the Future Greats are tasked with using their size to their advantage. Dani, Elijah, and Chris are all underdogs hungry for a fight.
Out of Your Comfort Zone
The Future Greats are tested like never before! Dani faces off against both Summer and her mom, Haze goes heel against a nicer P Nasty, and the main event ends with Drake and Elijah coming to blows backstage!
Sink or Swim
Tensions are rising at LFG, as the ring may not be big enough to hold the egos of Harlem and Anthony. Penina and Zena go to war, but it's Serina and Bayley whose collision ends in injury.
Top Dog
Who is the top man and woman going into the second half of season two? Each Legend picks their best candidates to prove it in the ring, but there can be only one top man and woman in LFG!
Fight Back!
What happens when your legendary coach passes you up for a teammate? The future greats who were not considered top dogs on their teams must get over whatever is blocking them from reaching their full potential.
Follow That!
Eight Future Greats step in the ring and look to set a high bar for the rest of the competitors. Front-runners Zena Sterling and Dani Sekelsky will face off, while scoreboard leaders Sirena Linton and P-Nasty square off to prove their dominance.
Last Chance to Impress
With the LFG Playoffs right around the corner, six of the Future Greats still have something to prove to their Legends. This week, Bayley Humphrey looks to make Coach Taker proud when she battles the confident Summer Sorrell.
Last Women Standing
The quest for an NXT contract kicks into high gear, as the women take center stage for the LFG Playoffs. Bayley Humphrey and Dani Sekelsky go head-to-head, as Undertaker has the unenviable task of choosing which of his star pupils will move on to the next round. P-Nasty looks to make an emphatic statement at the expense of Summer Sorrell, while Zena Sterling and Haze Jameson both look to impress Coach Bubba.
It's Not Over 'Til It's Over
Focus shifts to the male competitors, as the LFG Playoffs continue! Shiloh Hill and Drake Morreaux kick things off with a hard-hitting matchup, while Anthony Luke and Trill London make decision time difficult for Coach McCool. Then, Harlem Lewis looks to put down Chris Island and move one step closer to that NXT contract. And in the main event, BJ Ray thinks he has a free pass to the semi-finals… but Coach Bubba has a much different idea.
Down to the Wire
Four men and four women remain as we enter the LFG Semi-Finals! Shiloh Hill and Anthony Luke leave the coaches stunned with a hard-hitting battle for the ages. In a rematch of last season's semi-finals, Zena Sterling looks to take down the top seeded P-Nasty, but did she bite off more than she can chew? Sirena Linton and Dani Sekelsky look to claw their way into the semis as they go one-on-one. And it's pandemonium in the main event, as Harlem Lewis and Drake Morreaux bring LFG to a screeching halt!
Season Two Finals!
The entire season has led to this moment--it's the LFG Finals! In a true David vs. Goliath matchup, women's front-runner "P-Nasty" Penina Tuilaepa takes on the ultimate underdog, Team Undertaker's Dani Sekelsky. On the men's side, last season's runner-up, Shiloh Hill, looks for redemption...but who will his opponent be?? Semifinalists Drake Morreaux and Harlem Lewis must go to battle once again, with a trip to the finals on the line.
