Tensions rise at tryouts as the WWE recruits face the first wave of cuts. The athletes must show they have what it takes or end up on the coaches' chopping block.

The fallout from cuts causes some athletes to make adjustments as the tryouts get more physical. The recruits get a surprise visit from one of the biggest Superstars in WWE. More cuts loom…

No Laughing Matter
The final day of tryouts kicks off with a promo session at The Comedy Store, then one last grueling in-ring workout to impress the coaches before a massive cutdown.

Contract Mania
Dreams come true - or to an end - as Triple H gives out WWE contracts. The newly signed athletes get an all-access visit to WrestleMania, where they meet John Cena and more WWE Legends and Superstars.

Home Is Where the Heart Is
The contract-winning recruits head home before reporting to the WWE Performance Center in Orlando. The competitive atmosphere brings tensions to a boil, and Coach Bloom drops a bomb.

Debut
Life in and out of the ring causes setbacks for the rookies as they compete for the NXT matches. Two of them get a golden opportunity: going in between the ropes in front of a live NXT audience.
