Heat and Ice
The XPT participants arrive at Laird Hamilton and Gabby Reece's Malibu compound to undergo an experience unlike any other. XPT's revolutionary pool training, a heat and ice session ranging from 32 to 200 degrees fahrenheit, and a slackline competition immediately puts each newcomer under pressure.

Breath
As storm clouds roll in, the XPT participants take to the water to standup paddle with Laird Hamilton and a crew of the greatest watermen on earth. Then, Laird's friend, actor John C. McGinley reinforces discipline in a hard hitting underwater session.

In the Deep End
At Laird Hamilton and Gabby Reece's compound, actor John McGinley continues to push participant Justin to his limits during a pool session. Then XPT participants then switch gears to experience a locomotion and gym workout.

High Intensity
XPT's thrilling final day begins with Gabby Reece's High-X workout in Malibu. Following that, the participants endure Laird Hamilton's toughest set of challenges in the pool and a performance breathing session that brings on out of body experiences.

Beached
XPT's final series of tests is the hardest to date, as the participants seek to conquer Laird Hamilton's legendary beach workout. The XPT participants must use teamwork to haul a massive boulder up and down a Malibu beach.
