Xscape Is Back!
After splitting up 18 years ago, the four members of the multi-platinum selling girl group Xscape have reunited. Now in their 40s, the women plunge back into rehearsals and quickly realize that their old issues with each other have also resurfaced. The ladies must figure out a way to get along with just two weeks to rehearse before taking the stage at the BET Awards, their first performance together in decades.

Off to a Bad Start
With just 11 days until their return to the stage at the nationally televised BET Awards, the ladies find themselves arguing over old issues instead of rehearsing. Wounds between Kandi and Tocha that were left unhealed come back with a vengeance as the two struggle to find a way to move forward. Mama Joyce, gives the group her unvarnished opinion on how to get on the same page and make music again.

Unauthorized and Unhappy
The ladies confront their former producer, Jermaine Dupri, who is giving their music to an unauthorized TV movie about them. Tiny reveals the real reasons she needs the group's reunion to be a success. Meanwhile, in Los Angeles for their first performance in 18 years at The BET Awards, Kandi and Tamika have a power struggle over their new and extremely revealing wardrobe. And as the ladies take this huge first step together on live television in front of millions of viewers, one of the husbands doesn't show up.

Kickin' It One Last Time
After their BET Awards performance, the stress of having only four more days to prepare for their first hour-long show is starting to set in for the ladies. Meanwhile, the wedding of Tamika's daughter scheduled a day before the Essence Festival brings added pressure. During the Detroit concert, an unexpected interruption stops the show in its tracks, and Kandi makes a decision that will affect the fate of the group moving forward.
