Denae and her husband want a contemporary usable space to eat dinner, cook and relax. Chris delivers with a sleek design that includes a wood overlay for the lower patio, a tile overlay for the upper patio and a colorful wood retaining wall. He also includes a fireplace and lounge seating for below, a custom dining table for above and a modern water feature. Finally, he adds lots of trees and funky topiaries to ensure privacy.
