Episode 1
We kick off the series with Operations Manager Jamie dealing with a plane making an emergency landing at Leeds Bradford after its cockpit warning alarm shows the plane door is still open, Terminal Manager Nathan handling a potential disaster with a blocked international arrivals door, and we discover if check-in supervisor Chloe can keep control of a plane-load of frustrated passengers bound for Ibiza during, what for some becomes a booze-fuelled 6 hour delay.

Episode 2
With the airline auditors paying Leeds Bradford an unexpected visit, baggage boys Jimmy and Michael fear for their jobs when they lose a piece of luggage. Meanwhile duty manager Nathan is left to deal with flooded toilets next to the executive departure lounges, and rookie Gabby struggles to cope with a family kicking off at the departure gate after they're told their seats have been split up all over the plane to Palma.

Episode 3
Chloe struggles to check in a passenger with a motorised wheelchair that could contain a potentially lethal electric battery. The race is on for ramp agent Jimmy to unload passenger bags after a heavy landing leaves hundreds of pieces of luggage blocking the doors to the hold door, and duty mManager Nathan has his hands full escorting pop singer Sinitta, who is at Leeds Bradford to surprise a couple of passengers.

Episode 4
The extended summer heatwave has caused the Leeds Bradford runway to melt and it's up to Operations Manager Jamie to lay down some tarmac to save the day. Meanwhile Check in Supervisor Chloe has to deal with a disorderly passenger, and Duty Manager Nathan is put to the test when an emergency call comes in with a passenger shaking uncontrollably on the incoming plane from Amsterdam.

Episode 5
Every day up to 9500 items of luggage pass though the baggage hall at Leeds Bradford and baggage agent Johnny is on a mission to keep up his track record of reuniting every piece that gets lost with its owner.
Meanwhile Security Supervisor Conor finds himself in a sticky situation with a padlock and it's a big day for Michael who will be manoeuvring a 35 tonne plane into the correct position for take-off for the very first time.

Episode 6
The airport is preparing for the grand opening of its multi-million pound facelift and Phil is under pressure to impress Transport Secretary Chris Grayling.
Elsewhere, three special charter pilgrimage planes are putting the nerves of Special Assistance Agent Dan to the test, and an oversized piece of hand luggage gives Chloe a headache at the gate.
