Season 1
31-year-old Do Young Shik for years preparing for the exam for civil service. During this time, he became very fat and became impotent. To recover, he goes to a urological clinic, where he meets his first love Lee Roo Da, who works as a urologist. Lee Roo Da is an experienced doctor with a beautiful appearance from a wealthy family.
She meets with Do Ji Hyuk, the head of a counseling psychology clinic. He is vain when it comes to himself, which greatly upsets Lee Roo Da. To reduce his self-confidence, she brags to him about her first love. One day, her first love, Doe Young Shik, appears before her, but his appearance is completely different from the previous one.
