Okamoto, who had witnessed Kuroo's surgical skills before, came to Kuroo's apartment in search of the "secret" of the technique. She saw a fish with surgical scars swimming in an aquarium. However, surprised by Kuroo's words, "That was a failure," Okamoto looked into the aquarium again and found that the fish whose surgical scars had almost disappeared were swimming with him.
