Independence Day
Robin, Aqualad, Kid Flash, and Speedy are finally ready to join the Justice League as full members. However, they soon discover that are to be treated as "junior members." An enraged Speedy leaves, while the other three strike out on their own to investigate a mysterious fire at Cadmus Laboratories. The trio soon discovers that Cadmus conceals a major conspiracy, and one of its goals is to create a clone of Superman for their own ends.

Fireworks
Kid Flash, Robin, and Aqualad are captured by the Cadmus genomorph forces, which prepare to clone them and dispose of the originals. Their only hope is the Superman clone, "Superboy", who must choose between freedom and subservience to those who created him.

Welcome to Happy Harbor
Speedy refuses to join the team, leading the members of Young Justice to wonder if their team is nothing more than a big joke to keep the young heroes "in their place". Meanwhile, Miss Martian feels that she doesn't belong on the team. The team battles a villain named Mister Twister, who they mistakenly believe is really Red Tornado testing them

Drop-Zone
Batman sends Young Justice on its first official mission, to investigate a neo steroid called Venom. The heroes ultimately find themselves in the middle of a small war between Bane and the Cobra Cult. Meanwhile, the heroes realize they need a team leader - but who will it be?

Schooled
The lack of relationship and interaction with Superman angers Superboy, leading him to lose control of his anger and decline training with Black Canary. When Young Justice encounters an opponent that even their Justice League superiors have experienced difficulty in defeating, will Superboy decide to help the team?

Infiltrator
Green Arrow's niece, Artemis, joins Young Justice and must save a bright young scientist from the League of Shadows.

Denial
Young Justice investigates the disappearance of Kent Nelson, the former Dr. Fate. Meanwhile, Kid Flash, who doesn't believe in magic, must defeat Abra Kadabra and Klarion the Witch Boy to obtain the Helmet of Fate.

Downtime
After a team mission goes badly, Aqualad returns to Atlantis to reconsider his role as team leader, or whether he should pursue personal interests. However, he soon discovers that there is no escaping his destiny.

Bereft
Young Justice discovers that they have forgotten the last six months of their lives, including each other and a final fateful mission in Bialya. The team turns to Miss Martian to recover their memories, before it is too late for Superboy.

Targets
Red Arrow rejects Young Justice's help and attempts to prevent the League of Shadows from starting a war. Ultimately he finds himself working with an even deadlier ally to fight the League's assassins, Lex Luthor.

Terrors
Miss Martian and Superboy go undercover at a Federal penitentiary where the world's most dangerous super-villains are kept under lock and key.

Homefront
The non-powered Robin and Artemis are the only members of Young Justice who can stand against mysterious invaders who come after the team in their home base.

Alpha Male
Aqualad's teammates discover that he held vital information from them concerning the presence of a mole, sowing the seeds of mistrust. While attempting to deal with their internal issues, the team is sent to India to investigate reports of armed animals attacking human beings... and Batman puts Captain Marvel in charge of the group.

Revelation
While the Justice League combats a worldwide outbreak of plant creatures, Batman sends Young Justice to deal with the villains responsible: the Injustice League.

Humanity
Young Justice takes along their new friend Zatanna on their quest to find Red Tornado and learn if he's the mole.

Failsafe
When the Justice League is defeated by alien invaders, and are presumed dead, Young Justice must step up to fight in their stead.

Disordered
The Forever People come seeking a missing possession, called Sphere, which has undergone a bizarre transformation while with the young justice team.

Secrets
Artemis and Zatanna decide to go partying on Halloween night, only to discover that a youthful assassin, Harm, has set his sights on them. Meanwhile, Miss Martian and Superboy take Kid Flash to their high school Halloween dance.

Misplaced
Young Justice, Zatanna, and Captain Marvel's alter-ego Billy Batson are the only ones on Earth who can save the day when five villainous sorcerers make every adult on the planet disappear.

Coldhearted
On his birthday, Kid Flash is forced to go on what is supposed to be a simple delivery mission, rather than battle with the Justice League. However, he soon discovers the mission is anything but simple.

Young Justice tries to find a thief using the Haly International Traveling Circus as cover for his activities, by going undercover as trapeze performers, but find much more.

Usual Suspects
A new member joins Young Justice just as they must face internal struggles as the moles make their identities clear.

Young Justice takes on its most dangerous enemy after they discover who within the team is the traitor.

The Crow Girl
The Crow Girl begins with the gruesome discovery of a teenage boy's body discarded in plain sight. Determined to find who is responsible, DCI Jeanette Kilburn joins forces with psychotherapist Sophia Craven to hunt the killer despite opposition from her superiors including confidant DI Lou Stanley.
The investigation takes them into a dangerous world of historic abuse and murder. Together they uncover a chain of shocking events involving the disappearance of children that have gone overlooked for decades, as well as evidence of police corruption. As the body count rises and the two women are dragged into the depths of the murders, an intimacy starts to form between them, and so begins a complex, twisted love story.
