Kira Klinova is an ambulance paramedic, a principled, fair and irrepressible woman. She is one of those people who care about everything. Kira once studied at a medical institute, but got pregnant, married Sergei and left her studies.

Kira always helps people and has already changed the lives of many city residents for the better. The mayor of the city, Pryakhin, noticing her talent, appoints Kira a member of the Public Chamber, and then its chairman. Kira agrees and develops a vigorous activity, torn between a new social burden, work and family. However, in her new position, Kira affects the interests of influential people.
