The two Jeans find a neighborhood terrorized by a youngsters' street gang, who scare possible witnesses out of testifying. Ivo fears he may have to leave to Antwerp PD to take care of his dementia-stricken wife. A jeweler reports his wife missing, she's found killed shortly after.
