Chloé and Mehdi move into a building and discover their neighbours: the old gossips Maryse, Valentine and Solange don't let them go! Very quickly Mehdi finds himself stuck on the landing, completely naked, and has to face the gaze of his charming neighbors Babette and Elsa. As for Chloé, she is taken hostage by Agnès who has invited her to her home and tries to find out everything about her... For their part, Rémi and Julien go away for the weekend and entrust their keys to Valentine and Maryse: how will they resist the urge to search the apartment for proof of their homosexuality...? In the middle of all this commotion, Christian, the president of the syndic, tries to free Régis who is stuck with the girls in the elevator!
