The Meltdown with Jonah and Kumail (2014-2016)

EndedReality showComedy

One of L.A.'s hottest stand-up shows inspired this series. Both are hosted by comics Jonah Ray and Kumail Nanjiani, who in 2010 began a weekly event that featured top names in the business, including Louis C.K., Robin Williams, Aziz Ansari, Donald Glover, Marc Maron. Filmed at a 200-seat theater tucked behind Meltdown Comics, the half-hour documentary-style program includes performances and backstage clips of comics and stars in the green room. Series guests include Jim Gaffigan, "Weird Al" Yankovic, Garfunkel & Oates, Nick Offerman, Maria Bamford, Chris Hardwick and Maron.
