Episode 1
Martin Johnsrud Sundby brings six famous faces to Bergen. What is the common goal in the end and what is needed to reach the hairy goal?

Episode 2
The first bootcamp is nothing dear mother! In order to reach the goal of walking the seven mountains in Bergen in 16 weeks, they must get started from day one.

Episode 3
Martin has brought in expertise from gymnast Espen Jansen and wrestler Stig-André Berge to give the participants some inspiration and variety.

Episode 4
The participants are going to a bootcamp to Sjusjøen and Hafjell to familiarize themselves with the surroundings that made Martin a world skiing champion!

Episode 5
The trip goes to Tønsberg, where the participants will learn to work together as a team. Martin has acquired a capable helper in Olympic champion Olaf Tufte.

Episode 6
Martin has brought in mental trainer Karina Hollekim to talk to the participants. Anette checks whether it is necessary to make adjustments to the diet.

Episode 7
After the summer holiday, the seven mountain tour awaits in Bergen. Martin drives a bone-tough dress rehearsal deep in the deep forests of Telemark.

Episode 8
It's summer vacation. Who chooses to see the summer holidays as one long training camp and how will they face all the temptations that summer brings?

Episode 9
Bergen shows its less good side and the participants will use all the lessons learned to complete the seven-mountain tour in Bergen.
