Episode 1
Martin Johnsrud Sundby will help six new celebrities get in shape. Martin sets up a rigorous training program that will last 16 weeks, and already on the first day big challenges await!

Episode 2
The six participants feel the new everyday life with a strict diet and hard training sessions. Jonathan impresses Martin, while Steffen has trouble with his back. Everyone has taken blood tests, and Anette gives them answers about how their health is.

Episode 3
Four weeks have passed and several participants, especially Mads, are struggling with motivation. Martin has planned a lead-heavy trap session to strengthen the cohesion of the group, but not everyone likes the task they are given.

Episode 4
Jonathan takes Mads with him on a hard-hitting session after having a blast in San Sebastian. Jenny has not yet found the joy of training and Martin reveals that there are several people who have not done everything they should in recent weeks!

Episode 5
The participants gather for the middle weigh-in. Everyone is excited to see how the first eight weeks have gone! Martin has taken Jenny's call for fun training seriously and gives the participants a training session that brings out the child in them.

Episode 6
There are still eight weeks left of hell and there is no room for lying on the lazy side. Mads gets good dietary advice from Anette. Trine is visited by Martin and thinks he will help her push the handball girls she trains, but she is also put to the test.

Episode 7
Martin and Anette take the participants on a training camp to Norefjell. There will be heavy training sessions, great food under the direction of Jonathan and an extra surprise that will really test the willpower of all participants.

Episode 8
There are only a few short weeks left and the last effort is being made. Martin checks whether the goals set at the start have been reached. He has a pleasant surprise for dance-loving Jenny and Mads challenges Martin to a real duel!

Episode 9
Day 112 of 112 is finally here. Everyone gets a review of their blood values with Anette. Martin runs them through a final training session before they step on the scales and the final results are presented!

Episode 10
Two months have passed since the participants ended the grueling training and diet regime. They meet again in Jonathan's restaurant to see how things are going with the lifestyle changes. In addition, there will be a look back at the 16 weeks of hell.
