Episode 3
Siri Eftedal visits a former participant to get help with the training. Martin plans a really brutal session to see how far they've come.
Episode 4
Life consists of most weekdays, how do the participants face the time pressure and the temptations that appear everywhere?
Episode 5
Anette travels around to take the necessary measurements of each individual. Stian works hard, but finds this terribly difficult. Especially mentally!
Episode 6
Mental trainer Karina Hollekim has a chat with some of the participants about what might be a good idea to address if you want to make a lasting change work.
Episode 7
Martin has invited the participants to a cozy training camp in the Olympic city of Lillehammer! We also get a reunion with Agnete Huseby and Mads Clemmetsen!
Episode 8
The training camp at Lillehammer will end with a lead-heavy session, designed by Martin's brother Sondre Sundby. Dennis will also get revenge for the 3000 metres.

The last effort must be made and Martin knows exactly which buttons to press. How far have they managed to push their goals in the gym?
