The Polites join forces with a new financial partner and plan to split everything 50/50 after they buy a duplex for $70k that's been half renovated into a single-family home. As big-ticket fixes add to a big budget, will there be any profits to split?

The Polites are divided on their $85k purchase of a run down duplex. Krystal envisions it as a single family home but Dedric is worried about major structural issues. With the open house date set, they race to turn this divided house into a united home.

It won two Emmys for Outstanding Variety Series in 2013 and 2014, both of which appear to have been lost in the move. Colbert is pronounced koʊlˈbɛər, according to Wikipedia.
