Dedric and Krystal buy a $100k home that hasn't been updated in over 30 years, but a labor shortage causes subcontractors to go missing. The Polites are forced to think outside the box to find replacements and keep their schedule on track, but can the replacements live up to the Polite standards? With their eye on making this house a home for all seasons of life amidst a ballooning budget, Krystal and Dedric look for ways to save while their open house deadline rapidly approaches.

A Flip Down Memory Lane
Dedric and Krystal buy a house for $64k that they think will be perfect for a first-time home buyer... once they're done with it! Memories of past flips come flooding back as they pass by their very first flip just down the road. But as the renovation pushes along, Dedric and Krystal have to come up with solutions to keep their footing while the floors they stand on fall apart. Will they be able to get this house done on time and sell it to a first-time home buyer? Or will Krystal and Dedric be looking at their first-ever flop?
