Charlie Foxtrot
WWE Superstar John Cena and the cadre reveal the next evolution to test the competitors' observation and communication skills during physical exertion as they are challenged to memorize and recreate specific sets of symbols. The cadre will be forced to strategize how best to lead their teams, because only one team will shine during the evolution and be safe from facing "The Circus". Double Time

Squat Till You Drop
WWE® Superstar John Cena™ and the cadre reveal the next evolution that will test the competitor's strategic skills and teamwork, as they are challenged to cross a 60-yard field without their feet touching the ground. The cadre will be forced to strategize how best to lead their team, because only one team will shine during the evolution and be safe from facing "The Circus." With up to a million dollars in prize money at stake, these competitors will work together with only two options: to persevere and win or give up, "ring out" and go home.

Dawn Patrol
WWE Superstar John Cena informs the remaining contestants that they will need to be mentally and physically prepared to dive right into their next mission at any point, because the next evolution will not be scheduled. Additionally, this will mark the first time that the cadre leaders will not be allowed to accompany their teams during the first half of their evolution, after the competitors are led to a secret location and challenged to navigate through a series of check points, while carrying a heavy case and weighted backpack. With an interesting balance of teams left in the game, only one team will outshine the rest during the evolution and be safe from facing "The Circus". Barricade the Bunker
WWE Superstar John Cena informs the teams of their next challenge, during which they must barricade their shelters and then retrieve their flags from an opposing team's bunker. In this round of evolution, the winner is not only safe from "The Circus," but also gets a visit from a family member, in what proves to be a very special and surprise reunion. With up to a million dollars of prize money at stake, these competitors will work together with only two options: to persevere and win or give up, "ring out" and go home.

Tired Out
WWE Superstar John Cena informs the teams of their next challenge, during which they will complete four grueling obstacles, collecting a tire at the end of each completed course. The winner of this evolution round is not only safe from "The Circus" but also secures a spot in the final competition.

Over the Falls
Then, the remaining contestants will only have 30 minutes to mentally and physically prepare for the final evolution challenge of the season, when the teams must suspend upside-down above a waterfall and individually make it across a wire, hand-by-hand for the fastest average score. The winning team will earn an advantage as they enter the final circus, which will be the ultimate test of perseverance. Not only will "The Circus" be a more challenging course, but they will also have to run the course twice. The contestants will only have two options: to persevere and win up to one million dollars or give up, "ring out" and go home.
