Find Your Grit
WWE® Superstar John Cena™, along with a brand-new group of mentors – Infantry Drill Sergeant with the U.S Army John Burk, a U.S. Marine Riki Long, an Ammunition Technician with the U.S. Marines Chloe Mondesir and Green Beret Grady Powell – welcome 17 competitors, who either lost their grit or never had it, to sunny Hampton Island, GA. There, the Cadre will hand-pick competitors to be on their teams and take them under their wings as they lead them through all-new team and individual challenges to help them find their grit. With something to prove and a quarter of a million dollars at stake, they must either wipe their tears and step up or "ring out" and go home in the

Cena Does the Dishes
The contestants learns about personal sacrifice during the first team challenge; the winning cadre leader chooses three rival contestants to face off in the individual elimination challenge.

Liar Liar
The cadre appoint team captains, who lead their teams in a boat race while their teammates are blindfolded. Later, one contestant makes a shocking revelation; host John Cena surprises one competitor with a heart-felt field trip; and three rival contestants face off in the elimination challenge.

Secrets are Revealed
Contestants must learn to work together when they are tasked with a foot race in the muck, and they are tied together for the challenge.

Camp Love
The teams are shocked to learn who survived elimination; each team's strategic skills are put to the test when they have to choose which prize puzzle they will solve; two contestants get closer to each other, complicating the elimination challenge.

Selfish vs. Selfless
Contestants must race to an array of boxes and choose between helping themselves or helping their teams.

Role Reversal
After an upsetting elimination challenge, it is decided that the contestants need some tough love; gossip raises tension back at camp.

Shady Grady
WWE® Superstar John Cena® delivers news to The Cadre that changes the game play and ups the stakes, especially with a double elimination on the horizon. With this in mind, one cadre confronts another about forming an alliance, leaving the other two upset. This week's challenge is all about aggression and for the first time, each team will have a chance to knock another team into elimination by directly competing against each other. Emotions run high before the elimination challenge and some feel betrayed, but only one will survive this week.

Cena Says
After an upsetting elimination, WWE® Superstar John Cena® decides to spend quality time with the remaining contestants and reveals personal information about himself. During the challenge, contestants are surprised when they discover that they must remember everything John told them in order to win.

Who's Got Grit?
With a double elimination ahead, the competition is at an all-time high and the final four are revealed. Then, after one contestant is faced with having to decide who leaves the competition, the final three enter the ultimate challenge. While all might have found their grit, only one can walk away with a quarter of a million dollars and be the winner.
