Happy slapping
Da Anna og Daniel er på vej hjem en aften, bliver de overfaldet af 4 drenge, men Daniel går til den, og mens tre af dem flygter, ligger en, Sune, tilbage med en brækket næse. Han anmelder Daniel for vold, og efterforskningen peger i retning af, at Daniel gik langt over stregen. Anna erkender, at Daniel forsøgte at træde en mobiltelefon med bevismateriale i stykker, og han optrådte meget voldeligt med en særlig kampteknik, hvilket giver anklageren klare beviser for, at han overtrådte sin ret til lovligt nødværge. Imens kommer Samira på besøg hos Kim, der forgæves har forsøgt sig med madlavning. I stedet har han måtte nøjes med Sushi-take-away, som hverken han eller Samira i virkeligheden kan lide. Sin lidt kejtede anretning til trods, får han alligevel et kys af Samira. Sagen mod Daniel er klar, men ved den sidste afhøring, har Daniel pludselig nye argumenter klar. Sune deltog i en voldelige demonstration i Malmø og sårede en af Daniels kollegaer. Daniel har en psykologs ord for, at han kan have pådraget sig post-traumatisk-stress-syndrom, som er kommet op i ham, da han genkendte Sune under overfaldet. Det kan begrunde hans voldelige handlinger som nødværge, og efterforskningslederen vil derfor undersøge sagen igen. Anna er dog ikke helt sikker på, at Daniel nu også taler helt sandt – og Daniel kan ikke overbevise hende.
