Season 1
Investigator Andrey Morozov is searching for Vitya, the missing son of his wife, who is in a coma. All the evidence leads Morozov to the mysterious One Call bar, which disappears and reappears in different places, leaving behind the bodies of the dead. The establishment is run by a bartender who not only mixes cocktails and makes cynical remarks, but also helps visitors to call the deceased. Different people come into the mysterious institution with their own problems: pretty Jeanne, who wants to get rid of her wealthy husband; lawyer Max, who has not been able to separate from his mother with age; blogger Sam, who has yet to figure out what his dealings with the other world are.

We get acquainted with a mysterious bar called "One Call Bar". People who enter this establishment disappear forever. This bar has a very charismatic bartender (Danila Kozlovsky) who opens the doors to the world of mysticism and intrigue.
The hero shares a glass of alcohol with a confused customer who got lost in the woods near Moscow and is desperately looking for a way, both literally and metaphorically. Then the bartender offers something completely unusual — to call the deceased daughter and talk to her soul to soul for almost free.
The original currency is provided for making the call — participation in the game of Russian roulette. This idea seems absurd to a believing client, but the positive feedback from other users makes him doubt it.
In addition to the main plot, an additional storyline is unfolding in parallel, dedicated to a lone policeman. The hero stubbornly searches for a mysterious bar, driven by deep personal reasons. It seems that the boy helping the bartender is directly related to this policeman.

A lawyer comes to the bartender at the One Call bar, who starts complaining about his mother. She forced him to study law, she ignored him all his childhood. A nerdy lawyer shoots himself and dies.
Operative Andrey Morozov has been suspended for his behavior. Through his connections, he finds businessman Markelov, who brings alcohol to the One Call bar. He does not admit where the address of the bar is and asks not to get involved in this matter. Morozov takes him hostage. Vitya is still at the bar and is not ready for Russian roulette. He asks the bartender if there is another way to leave the bar.

Andrei Morozov's situation gets out of control, and Markelov escapes. The businessman's guards put Morozov in his own car and take him to an unknown place to kill him. The policeman is not so simple, with one blow he pushes out first one guard, then another and goes in search of Markelov.
Meanwhile, a downtrodden young woman appears in the bar who wants to call her deceased younger sister. As a child, she looked after her, but overlooked her, and she fell out of the window. After a minute of conversation, she shoots herself and dies. After that, a beautiful girl comes to the bar with a massage therapist lover. She calls Daddy to find out the code to the safe. After the "Russian roulette" she stays alive, but the nervous masseur escapes.
At the moment when Morozov is trying to track Markelov, he does not see where the car is going. After that, he finds the businessman already dead.

Morozov is trying to find the bar's contacts through text messages sent to Markelov. The IT specialist punches the address. This is a cottage village, the entrepreneur Slava lives here. He finds Fame and talks openly with him. The entrepreneur tells how he was afraid to shoot himself, he spent a week in a bar. He managed to negotiate with a mysterious supervisor to let him out of the bar, since Slava is an advertiser. He started sending spam mailings to those whose relatives had recently died.
Blogger Egor Ship comes to the bar. He's doing a live broadcast and calls the place a "ghost bar." After talking on the phone, he shoots himself and dies. The bartender persuades Vitya to take a picture with his idol.

Memoirs of Andrey Morozov. My relationship with my wife is kind and understanding, but I can't find a common language with the son of the woman I love. Morozov does his best to get closer to Vitya. He takes him to the police base, where the guys can shoot. In the parking lot, Morozov meets with his boss, where she tries to kiss him, because they used to have a relationship. Vitya sees this and tries to show it to his mother via video link. She's driving right now. There is an accident where Vitya's mother is taken away by ambulance. Morozov and his stepson are quarreling. The boy runs away, suddenly a "One-ring Bar" appears in front of him/ Vita manages to escape to the bar, but Andrey cannot get into it.

A strange young man appears in the bar, who decides to test himself and calls famous historical figures. He explains to them that all their efforts during their lifetime were not in vain. He shoots himself many times, and each time he gets lucky. The bartender takes pictures of him and Vitya in order to capture the most successful customer in a polaroid. The guy talks about his beloved, who died because of illegal drugs. He's talking to her on the phone. He shoots himself and dies. Everything happens so fast that the polaroid doesn't even have time to appear.
At the moment when the beloved is between life and death, Andrey Morozov appears in the One Call bar. He makes arrangements with the bartender to play Russian Roulette instead of Vitya's stepson. The boy is against it, but then he changes his mind. Morozov is lucky, and together with Vitya they leave the bar.
Meanwhile, a girl appears in the establishment who looks exactly like the bartender's wife…

The story tells the fate of the bartender Zhenya. When a girl enters the establishment who bears a striking resemblance to the hero's late wife, he recalls a terrible event in the early nineties. Then a gang of criminals invaded their house, brutally killing a woman. Escaping with his little daughter, Zhenya decided to send the child to an orphanage, trying to protect the girl from possible persecution. He soon found himself in a mysterious place — the One Call bar. He calls the deceased and tells her that he was able to save his daughter. The man is not ready to shoot himself, but he is ready to work as a bartender for several years.
The mysterious guest who appeared in the final episode is his own daughter, Nika. She came here to find out her past. She calls a relative and finds out the names of her parents. When it's time to pay for the call, Zhenya decides to shoot himself instead of her. At the moment of parting, he puts a polaroid picture in her coat, where his wife is holding her newborn daughter in her arms. Zhenya shoots himself and dies. The bartender's elderly boss starts working again instead of the deceased employee.
