Boston Legal - Season 3

Daniel Post is back and is arrested for trying to buy a lung from a fellow terminal cancer patient. After Jerry is arrested for attacking a police officer for taking his doll companion, Alan suggests he see a sex surrogate.

Jeffrey Coho and Claire Simms join the Boston office; their first case is defending Scott Little on charges he murdered Judge Marsha Hooper. Alan takes a case for Clarice, a woman who is really a man too shy to deal with the world. Denny has a first date with Bethany, whom he doesn't realize is a little person.

Ivan Tiggs wants out of his marriage and will do anything, including hiring Alan, to try and break the post-nup Shirley designed for Missy. Bethany talks Denny into helping her with a client in exchange she will drop her lawsuit against him for calling her a midget in public. The Scott Little trial continues with new witnesses coming forward and a potential new suspect.

Jeffrey and Denise continue their investigations prior to the start of the Scott Little trial; Denise sends Claire to accidentally run into Dr Snyder at bar. Alan and Shirley defend a homeless man accused of eating his dead best friend. Alan and Denny stage a wrestling match for the honor of Shirley's affections.

The Scott Little trial starts with several surprises from the prosecution. Sally Heep is back and she is suing Jerry Espenson on behalf of an employee Jerry fired because he didn't like the man's religion of Scientology.

The climax of the Scott Little trial brings a shocking conclusion. Alan talks to Joanna about his renewed relationship with Sally Heep.

Denise learns of Daniel's death, and then must go searching for his head when his cadaver is stolen. Alan defends Jerry from a charge of perjury when Jerry lies on a jury questionnaire regarding the death penalty. Jeffrey is sued by Lincoln Meyer over things Coho said about him during the Scott Little trial. Denny meets Bethany's mother.

Lincoln Meyer wants Denny to represent him after Meyer is questioned in the death of Judge Potts. Denny, Bethany and Bella await the results of the paternity test. Alan helps Jerry with a client accused of hanging her ex-lover.

While members of the firm believe Lincoln Meyer has kidnapped Shirley, they have a difficult time convincing the police. Erica Dolenz's murder trial begins, and Denny is jealous of the time Alan is spending with Jerry as a result.

Alan is roped into defending white supremacist parents who are in danger of losing their children. An acquaintance of Denny's asks for his help saving her daughter from anorexia. Brad, Jeffrey and Denise help a woman whose husband recently died to sue God.

Alan and Denny travel to New Orleans to help defend a doctor who euthanized five patients destined to die horribly after the event of Hurricane Katrina. Claire helps Clarence sue an all girls health club that kicked him out once he attended as Clarence instead of Clarice. Denise arranges to be friends with benefits with both Brad and Jeffrey.

Denny sues Homeland Security because his name is on the "no-fly" list and there is seemingly no way to remove him from the list. Shirley and Vanessa defend a teacher of negligence charges after a child with a peanut allergy dies in her classroom. Alan knows about the game Denise is playing with Brad and Jeffrey.

Denny and Shirley help Bella get a restraining order from a group protesting animal abuse. Brad confronts Jeffrey about Denise. Denny realizes he still has feelings for Bethany.

Alan, Denny, and Bethany agree to represent Judge Clark Brown as he sues a company for failing to cure him S.S.A.D.. Denise finds out she is pregnant. Shirley helps Clifford Cabot stop his niece from taking a forgetting pill after she is the victim of a sexual assault.

Alan must defend Denny after Denny is arrested for selling human waste. Clarence decides he wants to try practicing law, however his first case involves an Haitian slave, now living in Boston, accused of murdering her owner. Jeffrey decides to leave Crane Poole and Schmidt.

Alan is trying two case at once. The first involves a woman accused of stealing her deceased father from a science museum where he is displayed as an example of how not to live life. The second involves a doctor fired from his job after he claims seeing a U.F.O. and discussing this with patients. Things are further complicated as opposing counsel for this case is Jerry Espenson. Bethany decides to take Denny to temple so he can learn about Judaism.

Alan defends a woman accused of killing her fiance the day of her wedding. Claire takes a pro bono case of defending a man accused of stealing a cell phone.

Denny's first case comes back to roost when the son of a woman who was murdered in 1957 demands Denny and members of the firm re-try the case of the man accused of the crime who was found not guilty at the time. Alan is held in contempt of court while defending his neighbor who happens to also be a hooker.

Alan and Denny defend a man accused of helping his brother cover up a murder. Brad's future with the firm is in jeopardy when he refuses to sign a "love contract" due to his relationship with Denise. Clarence makes a wrong choice in dealing with his relationship fears and Claire.

Alan represents an old friend who wants to stop a family friendly department store from selling sexually suggestive dolls to young girls. Denny gets into trouble for telling a potential new litigator he doesn't sound black.

Jerry and Clarence face off on opposite sides when a college sorority starts asking socially awkward members to leave. Alan must defend Judge Weldon on drug charges for a tea in her possession. Shirley and Claire help a man whose DNA has been patented by the government once he is spontaneously cured of HIV.

Alan and Denny represent a man suing the US government for illegally holding him at Guantanamo Bay. Jerry asks Shirley if he can return to Crane Poole and Schmidt.

Jerry's first case as a litigator for Crane Poole & Schmidt involves a woman suing her landlord who wants to evict her for keeping a therapy duck in a building that does not allow pets. Brad and Denise's wedding is complicated when the priest for the ceremony is arrested for harboring an illegal alien and Denise goes into labor.

Alan and Denny defend two brothers accused of killing their father. Jerry and Clarence decide to sue a casino on behalf of a client who lost $80,000.
