Courtney Rada throws down with some lamb shoulder over an open fire in Washington, D.C. and participates in a Cheesesteak Showdown in Philadelphia. Later, she meets up with Meat Master Michael Symon for a mind-blowing BBQ kielbasa sandwich in Cleveland, Ohio.

Courtney Rada gets her hands on some hot chicken and French toast in Nashville and a duck fat hot dog in Chicago.
