Finally, she's feeling the burn with some very hot chicken in Nashville before wrapping things up with tamarind lamb chops made by award-winning chef Maneet Chauhan.

Cheesesteak Showdown
Courtney Rada throws down with some lamb shoulder over an open fire in Washington, D.C. and participates in a Cheesesteak Showdown in Philadelphia. Later, she meets up with Meat Master Michael Symon for a mind-blowing BBQ kielbasa sandwich in Cleveland, Ohio.

Meat on a Doughnut
Courtney Rada gets her hands on some hot chicken and French toast in Nashville and a duck fat hot dog in Chicago. Next, she scores a surf-and-turf po' boy sandwich from a classic neighborhood hangout in New Orleans before ending up in New York City for the steak to beat all steaks with Chef Josh Capon.

The Meatiest Game in Town
Courtney Rada gets her pork chop on in Nashville before heading to Chicago for a whole smoked goat. In Boston, she indulges in a classic Yankee pot roast, and she makes a stop in Washington, D.C., for a burger party with Chef Spike Mendelsohn.
