Ukrainian forces say they control an area of Russia larger than Los Angeles following a shocking incursion earlier this month. Ian Lee got an inside look at how Ukraine's troops were able to enter Russia. At least two people have died as a result of flash flooding that hit Connecticut and other parts of the Northeast. Parts of New Jersey and New York's Long Island were also hit hard. Nikki Battiste reports. The Democratic National Convention began Monday as thousands of delegates arrived in the city.
