Canada is engulfed by more than 900 wildfires that have sent smoke into the U.S., blanketing the Midwest and Northeast and causing air quality concerns. President Trump this week threatened to impose tougher tariffs on Canada because of the smoke. But experts say a fix to the wildfires isn't simple. Taurean Small has more.
