It was the deadliest Russian attack so far this year and comes after President Trump's envoy met with Russian President Vladimir Putin in Moscow in an effort to negotiate a ceasefire. Josh Shapiro and his family are safe after they were evacuated from the official governor's residence overnight when police say someone set it on fire. A man is now in custody. Shanelle Kaul reports.
