Israel has carried out a slew of airstrikes across Gaza over the past day, including one strike that killed nine of 10 siblings, all age 12 and younger. The parents of the victims are both doctors at Gaza's Nasser Hospital, where the father and the couple's only surviving child, who were both wounded in the strike, are now hospitalized. Haley Ott reports. Memorial Day Weekend marks the start of the summer travel season, and AAA projects that a total of about 45 million Americans will travel by air or on the roads this weekend. Ali Bauman has the latest. A brief power outage Saturday struck the star-studded Cannes Film Festival in France, along with about 160,000 households in the region. Authorities are investigating whether a fire at an electrical substation was responsible for the blackout. The Pacific Coast Highway in Malibu, California, has reopened just in time for the holiday weekend. A stretch of the vital artery had been closed since the devastating wildfires broke out in early January and engulfed Los Angeles. Elise Preston has more on the reopening and the wildfire recovery efforts.  President Trump on Saturday delivered the commencement address to graduating cadets at West Point in New York. Researchers say bird populations are declining across every habitat, but the worst declines are in grassland birds and shorebirds.
