The Copperhead
Officers Foley and Burdick become an airborne: surveillance team when a veteran police sergeant is suspected of selling guns confiscated by the department. In "Copperhead," a gun taken from a robbery suspect is found to be a rare Wexurn Copperhead, that supposedly was disposed of in the ocean after being confiscated months earlier in a police operation. The man who supervised that operalion was Sergeant Lew Simons, who is nearing his retirement. With Simons under suspicion, Officers Foley and Burdick are assigned to patrol over a harbor district where peculiar activities have been reported.

Killing Time
In an unfolding drama that reads like a suspense thriller, Mitch's wife, the helicopter mechanic, has been taken hostage by a ruthless band of assassins determined to manipulate fate and secure an advantage in the high-stakes race for state governor. As the plot thickens, the tensions escalate between officers Don and Gil and the shadowy figures plotting violence, overshadowing an electoral season that was supposed to be about civic duty and political engagement.
