Episode One
Husband-and-wife team Gavin and Allie Ferraday are the proud owners of a successful family hairdressing business. But when another salon - run by the beautiful yet conniving Mia and her charismatic husband, Finn - sets up shop across the road, Allie is horrified to discover that both her business and her heart are under threat.

Episode Two
Allie is concerned to discover that clients are leaving Henshall Ferraday for Mia's new salon at an alarming rate, and suspects foul play. Finn is still trying to win over Allie. Mia and Allie go head-to-head in a bid to style a celebrity photo shoot.

Episode Three
Allie accepts a job styling a wedding party but is furious when she realises she has to work alongside Mia. Tensions mount when a flamboyant guest prompts a surprise confession from Allie's mother. Meanwhile, Finn stops at nothing to get closer to Allie.

Episode Four
Ruby the salon junior is behaving worse than ever. Gavin tries to get to the bottom of the problem but is in for a nasty shock. Allie and her sisters discover that they have more in common than they previously thought.

Episode Five
Gavin finally loses his cool when he is forced to confront Finn at a business seminar. Allie packs in some training for the upcoming hairdressing competition but is furious when Mia gatecrashes the party.

Episode Six
The day of the hairdressing competition dawns, but with Gavin off the scene, Allie's mind is not on her design. Finn takes drastic action in a final bid to win Allie over but finds that there is more than just Gavin and Mia standing between him and his object of desire.
