In this first episode, the players are in at the deep end when they arrive at a German airport, where nothing is as it seems. So, while the players are eyeing up the competition, are they missing out on valuable clues that could help them later on in the game?

And after a box-load of clues in another mystery location, two players have a difficult choice to make before they get to place their X on the map. But with clues to five different countries and every passenger with their own unique way of approaching the challenge, who will figure out where in the world they really are? And will the players decide to share information, or send each other in the wrong direction?

After a launch full of twists and turns, Rob Brydon's intrepid players continue this adventurous game as they head towards their next Destination X. They're crossing a border and reaching new heights in a series of nerve-racking and heart-stopping challenges, ranging from a majestic beach to one of the most iconic peaks in Europe.

But the trip to the coast is no picnic as Rob poses the players a moral dilemma that really pushes their buttons. Who will give in to temptation to get themselves one step closer to £100,000?

After the back-stabbing challenge, the passengers brave an action-packed escape room in the sky, leading one team to a potentially map-beating advantage. But who can trust who on the bus, and have the players seen enough to figure out where in the world they really are? Will the players decide to share information, or will they send each other in the wrong direction? It's finally dawning on the passengers that this can be a brutal game.

It's all aboard for another leg of the mystery journey around Europe, and this time games master Rob Brydon has even more surprises in store. Not least that the passengers are swapping the X-bus for the Destination X-press – a train that will take them through a whole new country.

Split into two teams, the passengers must embark on a relay race of challenges in order to win the all-important clues. But after having their geography knowledge and their taste buds tested, will the winners be willing to share the clues when they get back on the bus?

Before they even get the chance, another spanner is thrown in the works when Rob brings back some familiar faces. But what does that mean for the bus OGs?

After not one but two shock exits, and some new faces on board, the X-bus crosses yet another border and makes its way to a country famed for music and rolling hills. The new passengers are dumped in at the deep end as host Rob Brydon arranges for everyone to spend a night in a spooky castle. It's a race through the rooms to gather clues and make it to the room with a view to finally see where they actually are. Another challenge high on a hill tests the passengers' memories, and the bus seems even more divided than ever, with the original players closing ranks against their new bus mates.
