Vms (1)

In the series premiere, the boardroom doors get blown wide open when employees from Velocity Merchant Services (VMS), a credit card processing company in Downers Grove, Illinois, are given the power to make some tough decisions. Dema Barakat, one of the frustrated owners, will hand over the reins of the company to her employees, offering the staff a chance to make change in the workplace - even if it means letting one - or a few - co-workers go. The VMS employees will be forced to take a hard look at what's plaguing their workplace and answer the toughest question of all: DOES SOMEONE HAVE TO GO?
