Matti Petzold urgently needs his father Joachim's bone marrow donation. But he had an accident and was trapped in his car waiting for rescue. Matti is running out of time. Meanwhile, Ms. Karst, who was also involved in the traffic accident in the tunnel, is admitted to the clinic.
