A Taste of Brazil
This episode is all about a taste of Brazil. Yo-Yo gives a taste of this vibrant culture through the food, with some traditional, flavorful dishes. She cooks up a Moqueca, which is a Brazilian seafood Stew. You know this one-pot wonder is loaded with clams, mussels, lobster, scallops,and seasoned to perfection. And of course, the flavor profiles that tie it all together are fresh ripe tomatoes, onions, garlic, cilantro, and coconut milk. She serves it up with a flavorful toasted homemade garlic bread with just the right crunch. Then she brings it on home with a traditional Brazilian drink called the caipirinha.

One Pot Hits
If you are looking for simple, delicious, and satisfying, then Yo-Yo's chili is the one-pot hit you're looking for. She jumps in the kitchen with one of her longtime friends, Hip Hop Legend Vinnie Brown/ Vin Rock, who we all know from the hit group Naughty By Nature, and they throw down in the kitchen. So, get ready for a delicious, hearty chili with three types of beans, full of all the freshest ingredients, with robust, meaty flavors that will impress all your guests. Then she makes a drink that is the ultimate crowd pleaser called "the one hitter quitter punch," it's fruit punch with passion fruit juice, fresh pineapple juice, and a tequila twist.

Mama Mia in the House
Get ready for a cooking lesson that is steeped in family love and tradition. Mama Mia, Yo-Yo's mom is in the house for this episode, and she is sharing a one-of-a-kind and unique way to lay out meatloaf. It's her famous rolled meat loaf, where you get your meat and veggies rolled up in one. She cooks a meat loaf that has been in the family for years, and every bite is seasoned to perfection, loaded with onions, peppers, and garlic, but the twist is that she stuffs it with fresh vegetables. She bakes it off and turns to Yo-Yo to lay out the skillet smashed potatoes loaded with onions, peppers, bacon, and cheese. You better believe that when Mama Mia is in the house, the food is laid out on another level.

Yo-Yo's Quick & Healthy Meals
Quick and healthy meals with a Yo-Yo twist! These Healthy meals are all Asian inspired. We start with a hot and spicy soup that is loaded with vegetables, shrimp, and rice noodles. You can't get any healthier than soup with carrots, red bell Peppers, garlic, and cabbage. This soup will make your mouth water, and the best part about it is that it's quick and healthy for anyone and everyone who is super busy. Then she makes an Asian-inspired cabbage slaw with two types of cabbage, the purple and green cabbage, which makes this dish look as good as it tastes. It's sweetened up with red delicious apple slices and seasoned with a sesame vinaigrette. Yo-Yo tops this delicious slaw off with aperfectly seasoned grilled salmon. So, if your life is super busy and you want to eat right, then this is the episode for you.

For Lover's Only
Yo-Yo hops in the kitchen to prepare a special meal for her special guest. She invites her fiancé, Kelvin, over to fix one of his favorite meals. It's a magical meal that they both love. Teamwork makes the dream work, and this romantic couple lays out great food. On the Menu is pan-seared tender and delicious filet mignon, slow-cooked lima beans simmered in a savory broth, and shredded smoked turkey. It's all served with a side of grilled asparagus that is seasoned to perfection.

Meatless Mondays
Our girl Yo-Yo gets in the kitchen with one of Hollywood's leading men, and cooks up a simple and delicious a meatless meal that is out of this world. This healthy meal is a plant based delight. She starts off with a charred cauliflower steak with a creamy baby bella mushroom gravy. It's paired with sauteed kale loaded with garlic and just the right spices served with sweet onion rice pilaf. It's a meal that is satisfying and delicious.

In this episode Yo-Yo is laying out big bold sandwiches so come hungry. First she builds the showstopper of all subs. It's the perfect sandwich for all types of gatherings, from a Friday night chill out to laying out the best food for a game day. She loads it up with prosciutto, soppressata, capicola ham and the cheese of choice is provolone. This sub is sure to be a delicious crowd pleaser. She doesn't stop there; she also cooks up a crispy and delicious buttermilk fried chicken sandwich topped with pickles and hint of Creole spice. Fresh, spicy, and juicy. It's just downright delicious!

Seafood Pasta Dish
In this episode Yo-Yo Jumps in the kitchen and makes one of her favorite seafood pasta dishes. On the menu is mac and cheese with jumbo lump crab meat. If you are ready to truly indulge in a food experience, you will not be disappointed in this meal. Pasta shells loaded with sweet chunks of succulent fresh crab meat mixed in a rich velvety cream sauce. Each layer of this mac and cheese is topped with 3 different cheeses. Yo-Yo lays out pure joy that is guaranteed to make guests come back for more.

Family Cook Off
Today's episode is a family affair, Yo-Yo puts Mama Mia in charge in the kitchen, and Mama Mia does just that ! She cracks the whip to Yo-Yo and her sister April get ready to help prepare Mama Mia's famous spaghetti and spicy meatballs. As head chef in the kitchen Mama Mia gets that workflow going. Yo-Yo and April start the slicing and dicing of the ingredients and laying out spices and gets the ok from Mama Mia. You know when it comes to seasoning her food, Mama Mia doesn't play, because everything has to be seasoned to perfection and delicious. Alongside the satisfying main course, a vibrant and fresh salad that is bursting with the goodness of bell peppers, crunchy walnuts, almonds, sweet cherry tomatoes, and flavorful Parmesan cheese. Its topped off with a homemade vinaigrette that's rich in flavor and smooth in taste.

Caribbean Flavors
Join Yo-Yo and her good friend Teianna in the kitchen for a vibrant explosion of Island flavors and Caribbean vibes! This episode is a celebration of Jamaican culinary traditions, as they whip up a pot full of deliciousness. On the menu, is delectable, curried shrimp served over fluffy basmati rice, infused with all the authentic flavors of Jamaica. They serve it up with traditional Jamaican style cabbage, prepared with care and infused with aromatic seasonings. No authentic Jamaican meal is complete without celebrating the culture with traditional rum punch.
