Hoping to wipe the smiles off the Eggheads' faces on Thursday are Smokies on the Water. This friends and family team took inspiration for their name from the Arbroath Smokie, a delicacy from Nicola and her mum Alana's home town, and Derrick's love of rock music.

Hoping to scramble the Eggheads on Friday are Top Landing Gear. This team of aviation enthusiasts take their name from the podcast they started two years ago. It's about all things flying related and features a quiz at the end of each show.

The Bull & Bush from Shepshed take on the Eggheads, hoping to put into practice the knowledge they've acquired at their weekly speed quiz.
