Capítulo 1: Tres días
It's 2017, and Gervasio finds himself trapped in a seemingly endless after-party. The New Year has brought with it a series of celebrations where lines, pills, and alcohol have become his only reality. Everything is euphoria and oblivion, until the bubble bursts when unexpected news hits him: his mother has suffered a heart attack and is in critical condition. Guilt and helplessness consume him. Trying to muster the courage to go to the hospital, his clouded mind prevents him from taking the step. Ashamed of his condition, Gervasio ends up retreating into his personal abyss, seeking an escape that only sinks him deeper and deeper. Three days of denial will lead him to relive fragments of his life, especially one: his participation in the 2000 Sydney Olympic Games. There, beneath the Olympic atmosphere and the love of his family, Gervasio was a very different person. The athlete he once was, full of ambition and energy, seems a broken reflection compared to the destroyed man he is today.

Capítulo 2: Mamá
Struggling with his own guilt and fragility while dealing with his mother's serious condition, Gervasio is unable to climb out of the emotional pit he's fallen into. But his arrival at the hospital will lead him to recall his childhood and youth, when his dream of becoming an Olympic gymnast led him to experience the great family sacrifices that will guide us from the time he first set foot in the Sant Cugat High Performance Center at the age of eight, to the tense family arguments over a lack of financial resources. The story of his rise is marked by the harshness of his training, his mother's sacrifice, and the inner conflicts that always accompanied him, while the young man's passion and determination will be shaped by the demands of elite sport.

Capítulo 3: Ayúdame
After his mother's recovery from a heart attack, Gervasio is still unable to reconcile his life, tormented by the thought of what might have happened if he hadn't been with her. Gervi faces one of the most difficult tests of his career when, before competing, he is forced to undergo back surgery that jeopardizes his future in sports. Despite this great adversity, Gervasio returns determined to regain his place among the elite, training with the determination that will lead him to win the gold medal at the 2004 Athens Olympic Games. But the unexpected loss of Lev, his coach and mentor, will take its toll on the young former athlete, who faces his demons while trying to stay sober and run the gym that bears his name, in a humble neighborhood of Barcelona. The pressure consumes him, and relapses lead him to lose control over his life and those around him. Gervi recognizes that he needs help by checking into a detox clinic.

Capítulo 4: Redención
Struggling with withdrawal symptoms, Gervasio begins his recovery process with a defiant attitude and a reluctance to accept the harsh reality of his addictions. During his stay at the detox clinic, Ger will face the harsh truths of his past. While undergoing therapy sessions, Gervi will confront his addiction to alcohol and other substances, denying that he is chronically ill. We will witness his rise and fall in sports, his fight to retain his Olympic title, and his emotional collapse after winning the silver medal in Beijing. Sofía, his therapist, will challenge him to explore the root causes of his addiction and take responsibility for his life. Little by little, Gervasio will begin to open up, acknowledging the bad decisions that led him to this point.

Capítulo 5: La mina
Gervasio confronts his therapist, who urges him to trust the process. We discover how Ger's uncontrolled lifestyle led him to be fired from the CAR, feeling isolated and trapped in a life of alcohol and drugs. A glimmer of hope emerges when he is invited to the 2016 Rio Olympics, but the excitement soon fades when he discovers he has no place in the parade. Humiliated and filled with rage, his stay in Rio ends in a drunken binge that leads to him being expelled from his hotel and sent back to Spain. At the clinic, he forms a connection with Sara, another patient, thus confronting his own demons. Finally, Ger accepts the reality of his illness and, after months of treatment, leaves the clinic determined not to relapse. Back at his gym in La Mina, Gervasio seeks redemption through his passion for gymnastics. He reconciles with his family, thus finding a purpose in helping young people.
